I'm pretty sure it's a TTL level converter, since it's labeled as a TTL to RS-232 converter.
![]() One came with the KOP in 2005, 2006 & 2007 , search for "TTL" (see photo IF114.jpg at the end of the 2007 list). You may have been fooled by three additional pins that are recessed in a female connector at a right-angle to the male pins.
