Just to put an update in on this: I'm at a point where I'm seriously thinking about releasing the setup portion this weekend. Edit: Couple of minor changes and tomorrow's test, and scrubbing current data that's in there, and I should be golden to release--the button's working properly.

I have some errands to run with friends on the other side of town and may not make it back in time to do the draft.

I double-checked the setup program when I saw that--and figured that I'd rather have a 30-team margin than a 0-team margin. Should be some good pickings even at the bottom end.

The algorithm I use is, in essence: If (# of teams)/3 > (# of players)/(# of tiers), then that is the number of tiers I will use. BUT, I should note that the the division is rounded to the nearest whole number, so it may give some odd readings from time to time. OTOH, it works pretty well

Ya'll are lucky my girlfriend browses chief delphi and said she would be willing to see the movie later, I will handle Groton. But we seriously do need other people to step up especially after Thanksgiving when I will be working nights
