Banebots Gearbox won't fit FIRST CIM motor

I ordered a m4-R0062-12 12VDC FIRST CIM motor and a P80K-4-0005 Banebots 4:1 gearbox and I can't get the motor mounted to the gearbox. What am I missing here?

The drive photos you attached are private, so no one can see them. Try making them public.

I have used them in the past and have had no issues with them. Once you get the pics up, i'll take a look.
