Re: CD Christmas Cards 2013

This would be a lot easier if this were not the first time Ive ever used the postal system in my entire life. If you never get my card, I apologize for my incompetence in advance.

Re: CD Christmas Cards 2013

This is probably becoming more and more common of people to not have used the post office with technology and online bill pay.

Smile Re: CD Christmas Cards 2013

Hey I just wanted to say Thank You! to everyone for all of the cards. This was really fun* and the first time I have done anything of this sort. I look forward to doing this again next year!

One card in particular experienced some minor complete destruction probably when running through a sorting machine (see attached) but somehow the key chain inside was still received undamaged (thanks for that by the way, It is cool!)

*Except for all those star glitter things! You would think they would be easy to keep track of, but somehow they ended up in every room in the house

Re: CD Christmas Cards 2013

My Corry Robotics pendant was the same - I noticed a large hole in the envelope, when I turned it over, the item fell out. Luckily, it was inside my house.
Much better than the fate of the infamous Festivus Poles.

Re: CD Christmas Cards 2013

I just sent mine out today. They'll be in your hands by kickoff...that's the most important holiday, right?

I've gotten about 8 or 9 cards so far, and they're all fantastic! Everyone's done a great job this year I haven't gotten Kyle's yet with the pendant, so we'll see if it actually makes it to my house (Billfred's card/pole didn't).

Re: CD Christmas Cards 2013

The mail machines must be hungry for letters this year. This is how one came today!

Again I am sorry for what happened to my cards, lesson learned!

Thanks everyone that participated, I have about 12 cards so far, it is so nice to have mail that is note bills for once! It has been fun and something to look forward to every day!

Eep. That looks like my card. Sorry about that.
Don't worry. There weren't ant tchotchkes in it.
Jacob - we definitely enjoyed your letter. Very cool and witty.

Just be happy that the price of stamps is going up 3 cents. I'm sure this will never happen again! </sarcasm>
