Pardon me, but have we received a file labeled as such before? It is 4th down on the list of encrypted documents, and I can't recall if we usually get such a file.

Team specific drawings have been provided in the past.

They are low cost methods to make field elements (such as the pyramid from last year being made with conduit, u-bolts and wood) for teams that lack the budget and resources needed to make official field components.

Yes, these are something always released. They're designs of the field elements that are intended to be easily made by a team, ie. 2011; instead of welded pipe for the scoring pegs, the team drawings had designs for ones out of PVC.
