I'd look into various mostly-off-the-shelf drive bases pretty closely, as the right drive base is always huge and this year it seems likely to be particularly true. Since you will have somewhat longer lead times and higher shipping charges, you might want to watch some of the quick build teams to get ideas for possible manipulators and the key parts to order for these.
