Exclamation Help!!! Battery question

How long are teams averaging for battery life? Also, do people have any recommendations on how to make sure you don't run out of battery during a match? Do you use one for one match and chage it for every match? Please help since we don't seem to have enough battery life to make it thru 2 matches...

Batteries probably wont run out in a match if its fully charged(unless u have some sort of electrical problem). Rotating batteries is the best and probably easiest way

Harrison has a little shameless behaviour in the past
If the bot is running at full power, batteries last around 5 minutes for us....then the voltage starts to drop off.

Bring batteries + chargers from previous years for sure. But even with only 2 batteries, as long as 1 is always charging, you'll be fine when running them for only 2 minutes.

You MIGHT be fine. Get spares. As many as you can afford up to 8. Even if you don't need them all, another team (*or alliance member*) may need a spare.

Last year with 247, we were in the heat of elim's and Truck Town ran out of spare batteries. We kept them, and ourselves in the competition by handing them one of our spares.

Noticing how your team number is 1073, I doubt you _have_ batteries from previous years Whenever you don't have a match, put the batteries on the charger. I'd recommend going out and getting another charger. ALWAYS check your battery before going out to a match. If you do run out of battery power, some teams with loads of batteries will be happy to lend one out...just as long as they get them back.
