1 COACH

I have been the coach for team 340 both years. I am a teacher & the club advisor. Last year I found it helpful to "train" one of our seniors to be the coach. This could only be done If there were 2 coaches. 1 student 1 adult. Many times 2 adults can be bad. "Too bossie".

Ryan Meador will become famous soon enough
My team has had the policy of send ONLY students down to the field for at least two years now (not counting this season). It has given good results, as the students tend to work more as a team and less as a chain of command. We've often wondered why FIRST doesn't make this part of the rules
