Help with Mecanum

We tried to make a program for the Mecanum wheels and it did not work. The victors continued to blink after we enabled the robot. We've tested all the hardware components so we believe it is the code. We've attached it and could you please help with our problem.

Does the 2014 FRC Java installation come with default ready-to-run 4-motor code?

If so, try loading and running that. If that powers the motors, then the problem is in your code.

If it doesn't, trace the signal forward from your joystick to the Victor by looking at your PC screen and at LEDs on your bot. One common cause of the problem you described is a improper seating of the PWM cable into the Victor.
