3DS to ProDesktop Conversion

Hi,

How would I go about converting a .max file to any file ProDesktop can import?

Do I need to have an installation of 3ds max available? Or is there a free convertor?

If there isn't, would someone be willing to do one or two conversions for me? I need the bin file found here:

Also I would appreciate a field file as well, if you can find one.

Any help is much appreciated
