We used them all of last year and for the beginning of this year and have had no problems with the gearboxes at all.

They are fine. Unless you want to swap the internal gears out to produce a different ratio, they should do just fine as-is.

That being said, as with any gearbox, It is probably a good idea to re-grease the internals at some point during the season.

Will keep this in mind. We were already planning on switching out the gear ratio to the 12.1 ft/sec.
