Moving on, how can you say, "any anime." There are many anime movies out there that people have never heard of that are super awesome. Tell me that you can watch Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' on Heavan's Door without at least once standing up and shouting, "this is awesome!"

I was thinking exactly of that movie
and then there's my fav.
Princess Mononoko (I KNOW i spelled that wrong)
there are others but I'm not gonna type them in here b/c
I'll end up butchering the names (I can't spell for monkey wrenches)
and they have GREAT story plots that people don't give a thought
to simply b/c 'it's a cartoon'

even if the Matrix or LotR were made of stick figures, they would
still have an AMAZING story plot.

Try to look past the "little drawings [that] move around pretending to be human" and see what the artist/writer/directer is trying to tell you through the "little drawings [that] move around pretending to be human!"
