Is this motor legal?

I was wondering if this windshield wiper motor was legal to use in this year's competition:

3*Capacitor
PM16644634 REv06-
TAIGENE 04.11.24
111704 100027

that is how the information appears on the motor, im not sure how to read it because nothing is labeled.

any help is appreciated, and thanks in advance!

It MIGHT be--which is probably why the question was asked. I suggest re-reading that list, paying close attention to the box right under the AndyMark PG.

Did you get it with the ARA PDV? If so, then you should be OK, provided that you document it.
