hey thank you for sharing! would u show us what u printed or the CAD models ? we haven't use the replicator for shooter parts yet. like to see whats possible

Here's the part on printer. Printed in .2mm layer height, 2 shell thickness, and 10% infill. This one actually broke after 5 shots, when we tried using more surgical tubing.
The one in the video was printed at .2mm layer height, 5 shell thickness, and 20% infill. So far that one has held up well. |

Just want to make sure we are all on the same page. The one in the video is 1 in diameter Delryn. We changed the prototype and the 3D printed piece would not fit. But it did however work. Just want to update you.
