Received the Wrong Order From Vex
So my team, 4817, recently ordered some parts from Vex Pro for our launcher. The package finally came today and we opened it up to find not our order. The package contained tons of hardware, wheels, bearings, and 4 3 CIM ball shifters. This order contains a lot more than what my team ordered. Have any of your teams received an order from vex that was not theirs?
Also we have already contacted vex to let them know what has occurred. |

Yep. We got double the quantity of free Victor 888s through the PDV. I notified them, and they sent me a prepaid label to return them.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our warehouse is currently processing hundreds of orders per day for VEX alone, and it's possible that the incorrect shipping label was put onto your parts. I've been notified that our Sales & Support Dept. has already responded to your email and have already begun resolving this error.
