On a more related note though, I can also attest to the excellent quality of the VEXPro Customer service, I went to call the other day about an order we placed a week or two ago that had arrived with only a few of the parts in the order. After providing the order number and before even asking a question, the person on the phone informed me that the order would be shipped the next day and that it was being upgraded to next day air.

Waiting to get to out build site tonight to see if it arrived today with everything in it, but regardless I must applaud the customer service reps and their near telepathic abilities.
