There are several examples for several different types of ultrasonic sensors. Have you looked in the example finder?

Try asking a more detailed question. What you told us has too little information for us to know what kind of advice would help you.
For starters, what does "right click on Labview" mean? Why would you expect to see an ultrasonic rangefinder when you do it?
