Jaguar motors wont move?

Hello, Rookie team here! We've been stuck for a while and aren't sure what might be wrong. We have previously been able to drive our robot around, but after a few working sessions (not rigorously documenting what we've been changing around) we all of a sudden are not able to drive our robot!

The robot driver simulation works on our computer so we're pretty sure it's not a programming issue. We don't have any error signals on our CRIO, digital sidecar, or power distribution board. We have 2 Jaguar motors hooked up to the kit-in-box chassis and both Jaguar motors current stat is flashing ~1sec on what appears to be a half yellow, half red color.

It appears that there is voltage being delivered to the Jaguars but nothing coming out on the other end, and our robot is non-responsive to any commands to move... Anyone else have a similar issue or might have a reccomended solution to try? Any help's greatly appreciated.

A flashing yellow light on the Jaguar indicates that is isn't getting signal. You said there were things you were changing around, so let's walk through a few steps.

1: Is your Digital Sidecar hooked up to your cRIO with one of the ribbon cables? Make sure that the cable is fully seated. Also check to see that the 3 power lights on the Digital Sidecar are brightly lit.

2: Check to see if your PWM cables are seated fully and in the correct orientation. On the Jaguar, there is a label indicating which way the PWM cable has to be seated (I believe with the black wire facing to the right).

3: What programming language are you using? Are you sure there is code still on the robot? With LabVIEW, there are 2 ways of downloading code, but I'm not sure about with the other languages

4: Is your Driver Station app running with your team number entered? Are you selecting the right mode and enabling your robot?

We are also getting the same blinking light issue. We've made sure that our PWM cables are orientated correctly and our digital sidecar is seated properly with the lights lit. Would it be that the computer isn't sending "trusted signals" to the motors?

Just to be sure, is the little LED next to the RSL port flashing? Trusted signals aren't an issue with PWM, but they are when using CAN (I've never had a problem with not having trusted signals with either method).

Yes, the LED next to the RSL port is flashing. Is this an issue?
