FRC cRIO imaging errors

We connected the cRIO to the pc, and opened the imaging tool. The Imaging tool, however would not recognize the modules that were plugged into the cRIO. We proceeded to run the imaging tool with the java image for this year, and got this error:
Code:
Error 15426 occurred at FTP
I have looked up this error, and could not find any solution. I checked, and my network settings are correct, and the laptop can see the cRIO, just not the modules. I am running windows 8.1 as well, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Re: FRC cRIO imaging errors

Is your firewall on? Start by turning that off. Make sure you are wired to eliminate and wireless issues. Make sure your ethernet cables are good.

If it's a cRIO you've used before, it should have the IP still. Try pinging it. See if you have comms.

http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/all...256EEA00062591 might be relevant. It suggests that you might have both a wired and wireless connection active at the same time.

Re: FRC cRIO imaging errors

The Imaging tool is connecting to the crio, and can see the crio as well as the image on it. The imaging tool does not, however, see the modules plugged into the cRIO
