Jaguar Questions
Hello, community. We (Team 2647) are pretty sure that our jaguar that we just bought from Vex arrived broken: though it is hooked up in the same way that all of the others are (wired, correct polarity, to higher-power ports on power distribution board; PWM to the PWM Out on the digital sidecar) it does not light up nor give a non-zero voltage reading on the output to the motors.
Two questions, quickly:
-First, is there some kind of thing that must be done to somehow initialize a jaguar that we just failed to do, as in some special method of using it on the first time we run it?
-Second, do any of you know what Vex's return policy is? We've been looking around but we've had some problems finding it.

From what I've seen in FIRST, teams that copy generally always learn something from it, and if they don't, the copy they produce is of much lower quality than the original. - TheOtherGuy [more]
