[FTC]: Beeping NXT

Everything was working fine and then we went to start one of our Autonomous programs and when we hit START on the ROBOTC debugger, the NXT started beeping. It goes ahead and runs but the NXT is now constantly beeping whenever the program is running.

Why is it doing that and what do we do about it?

Thanks!

Re: [FTC]: Beeping NXT

Hello,

What is causing the beeping noise is that in the Competition Joystick Debugger Window, there is a little check box labelled "Audible Feedback." All you have to do to turn the beeping off is connect your robot to RobotC and uncheck the "Audible Feedback" check box. The only purpose of this feature is to allow you to determine the update rate of the robot.

Hope this helps,
Team 4211
