When the coaches tell you to back off the build and let the students do the work. It's at that moment you realize you are now an FRC Alumnus


NOTE: I say this because this is how a Team 178 season operates. Yes adults do still have input and are available in a pinch, but it's our students that put forth the effort for everything. A reason I keep coming back is to see what they do next.

This was the toughest adjustment I had to make in the student -> mentor transition. 449 operates this way, as well, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.
