Why is the case structure name red?

I am still a bit new to LabVIEW and for some reason the case structure's name is red. Could sombody tell me why this is happining and what can I do to fix this.

Because the case name does not match the data type of the input wired to the case selector.

ie. I have a case for "Fire Ball" and have a numeric wired to the case selector.

Re: Why is the case structure name red?

If you are using an enumeration for the states of your case structure, right click the state selector on the top of the structure and select "add case for every value". this will make your structure match your input.
