Look on the first web site, KOP page. There is a fix for this that involves rebuilding the memory stick

Unfortunately that does not apply. We're using the new 030114 image, which is supposed to be fixed. I even looked over the DS file, and the code matches the correct file name, where the previous version had the error. But it never even gets as far as restoring the driver station, it dies in boot up.

I've looked at the USB. It shows a bootmgr file, but for some reason it doesn't seem to recognize it's there during restart.

Problem Solved! RMPrepUSB loads all the files into a folder on the USB drive, NOT the root directory. Move all the files to root, and Bob's your uncle.
