[VIDEO] Our Aerial Assist Shooter Prototypes
This year, we tried three different methods to create prototype shooters: pneumatics, surgical tubing, and a simple, motor-driven catapult. As you can see from the video, the motor solution worked best for us, so we will be using a similar concept in our final design. Hope you enjoy our little video! Bonus: our kickoff video. |

Re: [VIDEO] Our Aerial Assist Shooter Prototypes
Looks awesome! We started with a pneumatic shooter and by the time we finished that we saw all the videos with surgical tubing and prototyped that next, and it was basically me and one other guy doing all the shooter prototyping so we never got around to doing perhaps the most simple design
I'm fairly impressed at how well it works. Best of luck |

Re: [VIDEO] Our Aerial Assist Shooter Prototypes
It is outstanding that you have a student discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each of the designs you tested.
