Missing Waivers - FedEx Free Shipping

Hey Guys,
Our team has misplaced it's FedEx shipping waivers.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?
Our team contact talked to FIRST and they were unhelpful.

Do you know if we can get new waivers?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Bad news....

First warned about losing them and said it would not replace them.

This was in the original issue of the manual.

I don't know what you can do other than to find them, or pay for the shipping...

Icebreakers is an unknown quantity at this point
This may work

On a standard FedEx USA airbill form, the only thing typed in include:
Under # 4b, FedEx 3Day Freight is checked.
Under 5, "Other" is checked
Under #7:"Third Party" is checked and below that, the FedEx account number is 2401-8366-8 on all of our forms. If other teams find the same numbers, that would robably be the account for all teams' shipping.
Good luck!

Confirmation

Can anyone confirm the account numbers that were previously posted?

I find it hard to believe this would be so easy... what would stop other random people from filling in forms and getting free "FIRST" shipping?

Also, does anyone have a .jpg of the form we can reference?

Thanks,

Team229

Thanks,
Believe it or not we have read the manual numerous times, especially since we lost our waivers...

I was wondering if anyone knew anything more...

Unhappy You will have to pay yourself now.......sad, but true.

Someone above mentioned a good idea....perhaps someone will give you theirs if they aren't going to Nationals.

Otherwise, I'd really look around some more in every place you can think of.

BTW.....the coupons were worth about $1500.
ouch.

Update:
FIRST is accomodating (stupid) teams like ourselves who lost their airbills. Apparently, we're not the only ones. I think you just need an 'official' letter from the HS principal (don't ask me why, but HS principal is the key... Clarkson personel don't cut it) stating the airbill is missing.

Long story short...
If you lost your airbills, contact FIRST ASAP, and you might get lucky.

skrussel-
We conservatively estimated $800... $1500 just... hurts... Especially because our budget is rather limited (As are most budgets this year). Believe me, we're tearing our campus apart looking for them...
