Motors not moving

hi,

the motors and Victors were all working fine before we installed them onto the robot. But now, none of them are moving. we tried everything like disconnecting all the limit switches, ultrasonic sensors and motors from the sidecar and the power distribution board except one Victor. We tried connecting the PWM cables the other way. There is 12V on the left side of Victor and its fan is rotating but there is no voltage on the right side of it. Can you give any recommendations?

On the Diagnostics page of the dashboard, we see the following error messages about the camera although we did not enable vision.

It looks like you have some communication issues - are you connecting wirelessly or wired? I would start by plugging the laptop into the cRIO with an ethernet cable and see what happens.

On the DS there should be three LEDs that switch from red to green. When you deploy code, what colors are the LEDs labeled "Communication" and "Robot Code"?
