Re: Solenoid Breakout Always Sending Power
Are the green LEDs lit on the NI 9472 module? Is the 9472 module in slot 3 of the cRIO?

Re: Solenoid Breakout Always Sending Power
Well it is sending power regardless if the lights are on on the module. We tested it both ways. Yes it is in the 3rd slot.

Re: Solenoid Breakout Always Sending Power
It shouldn't make a difference for your issue but have you wired the solenoid breakout to 24v and not 12v?
Pictures of your CRIO and PDB would help. |

Re: Solenoid Breakout Always Sending Power
It is wired to the 24v connector, the same one as the one for the cRIO.

Re: Solenoid Breakout Always Sending Power
Have you verified that the power input to the Solenoid Breakout is hooked up properly (i.e. not backwards)?

Re: Solenoid Breakout Always Sending Power
Yes we have checked that. We connected it red-black-red-black in the same place as the cRIO power. And on the other side it follows the positive and negative on the Breakout bumper.
