cRIO setup problems

Hello all again,

I was trying to set up the cRIO without wireless, and something happened. Now, I can not find the IP address of the cRIO. The imaging tool has said "Searching..." for 30 minutes. (I have run the imaging tool twice, for a total of 1 hr of searching time). My computer has been directly connected to the robot via Ethernet for both trials. Before the imaging tool broke, we received an IP of 192.?????.?????.198. How do we fix this and get a wireless cRIO? Please give very detailed instructions, and leave no steps out. We are a rookie team and will likely not understand what you are saying if you use a significant amout of technical jargon. Thanks in advance.

OK, we have just managed to get wired connection working. Now, how do we set this up to be wireless? we have tried this befpore and it got us into a deep hole.
