The sensor connects between the (-) Negative pin and the Signal pin of the digital side car DIO slot that you designate. Technically, the C terminal on the sensor should be connected to the GND pin on the DSC and the NC terminal on the sensor should be connected to the SIG pin on the DSC, but it doesn't matter since the switch is just closing a contact.
