The back wheel appears to be an Andymark performance wheel http://www.andymark.com/Performance-4-s/299.htm

I'm more interested in the middle wheel though. Is it dropped center?

Looks like mecanum to me.
I think it folds up to also become the shooter.
Looks very promising.
