Alternative dynamical designs
I think that we must all back off this topic for a moment and take in the reality of the design mechanics of what you are suggesting.
First off, everying must be made of a nice resin fiberglass mesh.
Once you have the first *MODE* formed, apply memory metal meshing, more for material management, to finish off the frame.
After this is done, reheat and shape the molding and highly resined fiberglass mesh. This will hopefully make it plyable again. Rebend the memory metal while storing the data to a black box storage device.
Re-do these steps until you have all the forms of the transformer you wish to develop. With the data in hand, its simple matter of applying the correct electrical currents to the molds to reform the proper shapes.
thanks for your consideration,
Tim Gauge
*Note: apply ample amounts of bowling wax to the surfaces of the mold to ensure that the fiberglass resin does not adhere permanently to the base. A good time was had by all*
