yea...I'd have to agree with that. We have been under house arrest since sunday morning...Delaware declared a state of emergency, meaning that only state emergency vehicles can be on the road. If your caught, you get a nice $1000 fine. So, we haven't been able do anything the last two days, and who knows about tomorrow.
