Very cool looking robot, the catapult looks awesome, the students did a good job with that. The video is very well done as well.
How are you releasing the catapult? |

Thank you very much! We are using a winch purchased from AndyMark and we release it by shifting the gearbox into neutral. This is done by a piston contacting the dog gear on the side. We did have some troubles with the release because it seemed to have a lot of tension from the cord unwinding so quickly. |
