This is going to be our first trip to Alamo...and our first time in a week one regional. Any suggestions?

I went to a week one regional last year against majority of these teams (Lone Star) and the best advice I gave my team was to not be intimated. This is the first interaction with the competition robot since bag day for everyone. So everyone is going to be working out kinks and its a matter of who can get a working robot and come up with a winning strategy the fastest.

Also go site seeing in San Antonio. There's a lot of attractions there that are awesome. It's a great city and you can learn a lot about Texas history and culture there.

I'm heading down to San Antonio today and hang out by the Riverwalk for a few days til I help with field setup and load in on Wednesday.
It's gonna be like 82 on Sunday. I probably won't know what to do with myself.

It'll be very interesting.. We're an FL Team but we'll be in San Antonio during The FRC Alamo Regional for the FTC Southern Super Regional - to be held just 20 feet away from the FRC pits!

It'll be great to see some Texas FRC teams - we've already listed a dozen teams who we need to stalk to no end while we're in San Antonio

2386 is coming down from canada this year for the Alamo regional and it looks like were gonna have lots of fun. The hospitality we have gotten thus far from teams down in texas has been great so far and it will be nice to see some warmer weather for a change looking like some great competition and we cant wait!
