Cutting the output shaft
Heylo,
Im working on a custom gear box powered by the Chippy motors and I am wondering if it is a violation to cut the output shaft. Im pretty sure that it is not allowed, but it makes no sense why. <And yes, it is late to be working on the drive train> Kevin Antaki Team 481 |

i think that it is legal to do this year, the rules stated that the motors my be modifyed in their housings, output shaft, ect. as long as the electrical part is untouched.

I don't see why you would do that...but no, I have not seen any rules saying you can't modify the output shaft
