Looking for an Android App

I am looking for an android app so that I can use a stylus and pen and draw over a field drawing and talk strategy with alliance partners. I have seen apps like this in past years but I cant seem to find anything this year. Can anyone find something I am missing or offer a suggestion that your team does? I was going to order a custom white board as i have seen teams have but I could not find those either. I am just trying to find a good way to do this without wasting paper.

I plan on printing out one of these strategy mats and putting it in a page protector so we can write on it with a dry-erase marker. It will require printing, but I think one sheet of paper for 3 districts is probably ok. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=124404

Looks nice but I can't get all the functionality to work on either my Razr Maxx HD or N7 (2012). How do you change the pen color is there some menu that is hidden due to the versions of android they are running?
