Conveyor Belt treads idler & Sprocket help

Hello everyone!
This is my first post here, not entirely sure I am post this in the correct location.

I am want to get some suggestions on how to drive a conveyor belt I purchased for a large scale robot I intend to build. The conveyor belt I purchased is from McMaster Carr (Link here). The belt has a smooth, cloth backing which is where I'm at a loss. I've seen most of them that have ridges or something to grab onto so it can be driven but in this case I can't. Is there a way to modify this belt? Or, do I need to cut my losses and purchase another belt from McMaster?
