Here is a summary of the distribution of fouls and technical fouls from 1476 week 3 qualification and elimination matches. The usual Twitter data caveats apply. Since there are no instances of 80 or 130 penalty points, I conclude that a negligible portion of instances where 100 penalty points are needed are caused by 5 fouls. Hence, I assign 2 technical fouls to any instance where 100 penalty points are needed.

I could have guessed that there would be more technical fouls than fouls, but 3X more? That absolutely blows my mind.
