The same thing happened in Q109, we thought due to a hard hit causing an unintended manual breaker shutoff, but after it happened again in F2 we replaced the breaker (thank you FIRST spare parts desk!). We plan to do some testing of the old breaker back in our lab to confirm it was indeed the root cause.
