ALL the fields should have 'em by now. They were added by Update after Week 1's bounceout fests.

I actually have seen a ball bounce back into the field after being scored, even with the panels. One ball. (On the other hand... that just happened to be the one the refs figured was a fully-scored ball, and pressed the end-cycle button... right before it bounced out...)
