Preseason Preparation

Every team prepares for build season a little differently. For us it is primarily used to teach new students skills that will be valuable for build season, and an great opportunity for experienced students to improve on what they already know. This year the team chose to write a manual on what we did this preseason and were wondering what you guys think and if you have any advice or recommendations. Please feel free to share what you do in preseason.

Thanks so much.

Re: Preseason Preparation

Very impressive documentation. I wish we had something of the sort. Thank you for sharing!

Re: Preseason Preparation

Excellent read! May I suggest that you throw this up on CD-Media as a paper? You'll get more traffic that way. (Its the little grey button just above "New Posts")

Re: Preseason Preparation

This is the most impressive preseason manual I've ever seen, I'm honestly weepy and jealous of all the things your team does that I wish my team would do.

I don't know if 2809 was ever a team of little preseason preparation, but how would you suggest revolutionizing a team who does little to no preseason preparation to mandatory workshops and required training. I feel like it would not only cause a rift within the team members, but also the mentors and coach(es) who may be set in their ways.

Also, major major props for rescuing Davros and restoring the memories of the companions.
