Re: 2014 Alliance Selection Results

Just realized that results for the Buckeye Regional were never posted.

I'm confident that I have the captains for each alliance right and have the correct selection order for Alliances 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7. I am not 100% certain about 4, 6, and 8, those are best guess. If anybody sees an error just let me know.

Week 4 - Buckeye Regional

1) 910, 846, 639 W
2) 1507, 1731, 3484 SF
3) 2252, 379, 3591 F
4) 533, 3260, 2632 QF
5) 1317, 4085, 4611 SF
6) 1001, 120, 3504 QF
7) 263, 217, 3624 QF
8) 694, 303, 4269 QF

Re: 2014 Alliance Selection Results

Here are the recorded streams for Peachtree. I heard some complaints on the red driver station not functioning correctly, but I didn't really see evidence of this during our matches. Penalty calls got us anyway.

Congrats Arefin on the win!

I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.

MAN that was an intense eliminations. The 3rd and 7th seeds had to replay their second match. Red won by 1 point in the end with a last-second shot, but at one point blue tipped a ball into a red bot. It never settled into it fully, but the refs took at LEAST 5 minutes going over the footage, trying to make their decision, since it would either go to a rubber match or the 3rd seed would move on. Due to how big a decision this could be, they decided to replay the match, with the 3rd seed getting a resounding victory over the 7th.
