What the heck is the Team Champion??

We are desparately trying to both finish the animation and figure out how to fill out the form for submission...

We are having a difficult time figuring out what the "team champion " is...

Is it for the animation team or the whole team

Any help would be sincerely appreciated!!!!

thanks from a rookie team

Bob

i'm taking a guess on this one, but this is what we've put down. We picked the one perwson that the animation coldn't have gotten done with their particiaption...and they were the team champion...in the exact wording it says it has to be someone involved in the animation team.

ahaha

That's why I kinda made my own policy that the animation team shouldn't pick it themselves. I had our mentor fill that part out.

I'm not bashing you for picking yourself, I'm bashing you for saying stuff like "its the one person without whom the animation wouldnt be completed" and stuff like that.

oh...that was an example for other teams....It was to give them a sort of way to pick their team champion...that really had nothing to do with our team...cause without the 5 people that were there all the time...it wouldn't have gotten done...so I retract that statement, because it seems to have caused some confusion.

You know you could always use the phone - or actually talk in person- You are on the same team you know!

!(Someone that the animation couldnt be done without)
Thats a good way to think of the team champion- ofcourse some years you could have the problem of more than one (as you described) other years its only one that stands out. But even with a standout person- it always takes a team effort to get the job done. Based on experience, it may seem like a smaller job for some- but it frees up the experienced people to focus on the more complicated tasks. So everyone is important.

If you are a one person show- then my hats off to ya
