I hope NEFIRST finds a better way of handling the invitations in the future. I'm not a huge fan of team's not knowing their fate the day of load in.

This is unfortunately something that isn't directly NEFIRST's fault. Last year in MAR, we even had a team dropping out the day of, leading to one less team. With a week 6 event, stuff like this will always happen.

The only thing I'd like to see is extending invitations to mathematical locks (like PNW did)
