That is not in MAR's 2013 Supplemental Rules Statement.
The spot is from MORT as Brian states. The final 2014 Rankings are on the MAR website as well as the list of 20 MAR teams qualifying for St. Louis. Congrats and Good Luck to all the teams representing MAR.
