Having participated in some endurance racing via 24 hours of Lemons and Chump car, I can say that around 2AM, it feels like a really long day, and then you realize you are only 1/2 way through... Get some folks on an out of sink schedule and be sure to get some sleep.
Also, please be safe: People tend to make poorer choices after long periods of sleep deprivation and also are more prone to accidents: http://oem.bmj.com/content/62/9/588.full
