Re: 2014 Newton Division

Wow great looking division!

I looked out our match list.. I noticed that we only have 8 matches?!?

I thought the schedule change was to accommodate a 10 match schedule.

Anyone else seeing this?

I know that more than likely the list will change when we arrive.

Just wondering.

Good luck to all the teams!

Aloha!

Are you looking at last year's match list? This year's will not be released until sometime at the event.

AHA!

That explains it.. I thought it looked familiar

It was generated from the scheduler app. I was jumping the gun and didn't notice the disclaimer on the bottom..

My bad

Re: 2014 Newton Division

I'm really happy to see that we get to play with both 1678 and 971. Our team had so much fun playing against their alliance in the finals of Sacramento this year, happy to see that we get to play together again. Let's bring the title home for California this year!

Re: 2014 Newton Division

I would love nothing more then to work with 16 again.

And I think if 16, 25, 1640 paired up it would be a killer alliance.

1678's best OPR was over 100 at Silicon Valley. You might be missing it.

Re: 2014 Newton Division

We made a little blog post with relevant links for divisions and Newton. We also made a list of all the teams that are from outside the US. We plan to make some more lists and other stuff in the next couple days.

Newton, Here We Come

Super excited to play with so many great teams!!

Ow cool, didnt know they had made it aswell. I know for a fact that there are only 3 FRC teams in europe atm so glad to see we are not the only one who made it. We'll make sure more teams will spawn there though.

I will admit to being 368-ignorant until reading this post. Now after watching some video, that robot seems very... familiar. Now I wonder how they got a spy in our design meetings from way out there. That's one nice looking robot. It would be an honor to rock the swerve with a team like that.
