It's so great to see 5027 achieving so much as such a young team. I had the opportunity to work with Event Horizon this season and it was definitely one of the most inspiring things I've experienced in my 4 years of FRC. Starting off the build season as a team who had to request time in advance to use their mentor's power drill (the only one they had access to in their school) to winning the Judge's Award at SVR (a rare achievement for rookies) definitely proves that these kids understand the fundamentals of FIRST and are headed for greatness.
