I'm trying to find a blank version of the score slate they show at the end of matches. I'm editing video of our matches, and like to include this, but some of my videos of the score slate are either unusable or non-existent, so I would love to just take a blank version of it and fill it in appropriately. Anyone know where I'd be able to find this?

The easiest way that I can think of is to play a video from one of the streams, pause it on the final scoreboard and then use the snipping tool to take a picture of it. Then just make it its own layer and put colored boxes and new text as necessary. Or you could just design your own.
